MEET OUR DOGS: READY FOR THEIR FOREVER HOMES
All of our dogs looking for homes have undergone Behavioural Assessments and basic training through Take the Lead Canine Services.
The dogs are all desexed, C5 vaccinated, microchipped and have received parasite control prior to the adoption. There is a 2-week trial period to ensure that the dog is the right fit for the home. All dogs are fed on a high quality Royal Canin Diet with Raw Food additions, including bones.
Our standard adoption fees are: Dogs 0-8 years $699 and dogs 8+ years are $350. We offer on-going training and support once the dog has gone home. These dogs are loved members of the farm and the staff care for them extremely well.
We ask that we are kept updated on their progress once they go to their new homes so we can share the success stories with our staff and community. To apply to adopt one of our rescue dogs, please complete the below online submission.

Lulu is a beautiful 18-month-old Rottweiler looking for a second chance and a calm, understanding home where she can finally relax and enjoy just being a dog.
She hasn’t had the easiest start to life and can be nervous around new people, sounds, and environments. Behind those watchful eyes, though, is a heart full of love waiting for the right person to earn her trust.
Lulu needs a quiet, adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy teenagers. She will do best with a calm and confident guardian who can offer patience, structure, and gentle guidance. She should be the only pet in the home, although a slow introduction to a suitable male dog may work if managed carefully. Lulu can be social with select dogs but her play style can be quite rough, so compatibility and supervision are key. Experience with large breeds is preferred, but not essential if you bring kindness and consistency.
In the right environment, Lulu is affectionate, loyal, and incredibly intelligent. She has been through intensive training and continues to make steady, meaningful progress each day. She is not a dog for someone looking for instant results or flashy obedience. She’s a companion for someone who understands that trust and healing take time, and that the bond built through that process is something truly special.
With calm leadership and encouragement to explore the world at her own pace, Lulu will continue to grow in confidence and thrive. She’s ready to find the safe, loving home she deserves.
